Dues are to be paid annually or quarterly via a check or to PayPal to :

Please be diligent in getting these payments to us. We want to keep costs low, keep the community looking nice; prompt payments allow for that.
Dog owners
Please do your best to keep a firm hold on your pet while walking them around the community. We know distractions can happen, however accidents happen too. We have to be diligent in our community to follow certain laws and procedures. Please do your part to ensure a safe environment for all pets and residents! As always, pick up after them as well. Also, please be mindful of homeowner's property. We have plenty of "common" areas in the community to walk your pet. Do not just assume a large front lawn is free/common territory. We thank you.
